Payment taken but cant find confirmation

I placed an order today for a phone under a contract and paid £225 upfront, the money has been taken but I haven't received any confirmation emails, yet I have received an email saying my basket has been saved. Has the order been placed? Am I missing something? I have no emails in spam or junk folders 😞

Also when clicking on the 'take me to my basket' it just goes to a broken link saying basket couldn't be found.

Have you checked your junk/spam folder for the email confirming the order?

Is the payment showing pending with your bank?

Yes, no spam emails, payment shows as pending
