hello all,I got a new samsung s23 yesterday on contract but on opening the box, i didn't like it. i have not used it nor put a sim card.is there a way ee can collect it back and give me s23 ultra?is this possible?

@kemjay : If you ordered online or by phone you may cancel the order FoC before or during the statutory 14-day cooling-off period from delivery & then reorder what you really want. EE will send you an addressed return bag.
