I’ve pre-ordered the iPhone 15 & had texts tellin me it’s comin but nothin since, no order confirmation, no tracking number, nothing. How do I find out whats goin on?

Youll need to speak to EE CS on 150 but i wouldn't bank on receiving your handset any time soon. Which handset dud you order.

Hi, thanks for the quick reply. I ordered the 15 pro max on Monday. I was just worrying because I’ve had no email confirmation with a reference or anything, just text messages saying it’s coming, but not when. I think I’ve ordered the most popular colour too so wasn’t expecting to get it on day 1
