@Michaelday123 Download the DPD app and create an account with the same email address you use for EE. You’ll probably see they have an item for you out for delivery tomorrow

You should receive a delivery notification before 11am if your phone is scheduled for delivery today.

Hi James,

I got a text yesterday afternoon advising my order was with DPD and I would hear from them shortly to confirm. I haven't heard from anyone else since then, and my order number doesn't appear to be finding anything. It states you can only track pay monthly phones at the moment, in which mine is. Any support?

If you install the DPD app and register your details, does it show any active deliveries from EE?

It does not. I am having it delivered to my local store in Exeter High Street. I used the same email address to create my DPD account, and entered my home postcode (unsure if this is the reason why as delivery address is the store)

Ah OK, @Lukeh475

The store delivery process is slightly different.

You won't notified until your phone is ready to collect from your chosen EE store.
