&lt;P&gt;Welcome to the community.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;When you are provided the option to upgrade your plan is usually changed within a few days.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;As it is an upgrade you won't need a new SIM you can continue using your current SIM and the services will be changed.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I would recommend speaking with our customer care team who have account access and can look into this further for you.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My contract runs out on the 1st of October, a few weeks ago the app said I could upgrade early so I opted for a sim only deal. This was on the 6th of September &amp;amp; I had a confirmation email the same day.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;However the app is still showing my old plan &amp;amp; the upgrade option has gone.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm sure when I put the order in, it said I would get a new sim card in the post but I haven't had one. Or do I keep the same sim card &amp;amp; just wait for the new plan on the 1st of October?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There is no option to track my order as it was just a sim only deal, it just says the sim should arrive within 1-2 days.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Rachael&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
