Can anyone give me the name and contact details of the company that deals with the trade ins? I agreed and then cancelled a trade in withinin the same phone call back in August but I keep getting the letters texts and emails saying to send my old phone or I will be charged £330.

But they give me no way to contact. Every time I call 150 they have no record of these texts but they are on the same text thread as other ee marketing texts ? The number the last guy gave me doesn't work so I think I've written it down wrong.

I have multiple times they have given me an incorrect number and if I'm honest if I call one more time i will loose my patience with them. Google didn't help either.
