Anyone else seeing this when trying to track their order?

Trying the phone number but stuck on hold.

I was on hold for ages after ordering online. Very nice lady called back and redid the order. It’s been a pain this year. Apparently 14 day wait so no launch day new iPhone for me. But all sorted now

hey there you can’t track anything untill a device as been allocated to you. Chances are you won’t be allocated a device untill they ready to send out. But if you download the dpd app and use same email and phone number you used for the order once dpd have you’re phone you’ll be able to track using the dpd app as there tracking seems to work a lot better than EE tracking
