Can anyone tell me how i claim my free Chromebook? I recently received my upgrade Samsung Flip 5 but no idea how i claim the free Chromebook?

However, the Chromebook is being delivered to my Home/Billing address. I work full-time. How do I change the delivery address to that of my office?

You can claim your free gift from Samsung at Home - Samsung Promotions (samsungoffers.claims) if you have purchased an eligible device 🙂

Where do I find my invoice junker that is required to claim chromebook? I upgraded on phone with ee and have an order number but no invoice number

When I try to make claim on samsung website, it says the invoice number is required!! Help please

Yes I did but it didn't accept it
It's accepted the dispatch number and I got a text from Samsung immediately saying my claim has been accepted
Seems like it was very quick for them to check it but I'll wait and see if the chromebook arrives!

So I didn't get any emails from samsung about my claim, just that single text so I don't have a claim ref number to track it!

I wouldn't have upgraded my phone if it wasn't for the offer and now it seems I'm not even going to get the promotion!!

Is disgusting really and I'm furious

Anyone else had this issue?

Hi All.

I have just purchased a Samsung Galaxy S24 5g on a 24 month contract and as part of the purchase I can claim a free Galaxy chrome book.

Offer is valid from 18/12/24 - 16/01/25.

When clicking on the link shown it says the offer is closed.

Is this misleading me in to a purchase or just that EE/Samsung have not updated the offer yet??
