    <description>&lt;P&gt;Well what a shoddy on line service I think its time I left EE after many many years as a customer. Made an order on the 31st August I am on holiday now and I have still no update no sign of a dispatch no sign of anything it's disgraceful this is terrible customer service. I don't want this order now and it to be cancelled EE cannot deliver a promise and makes a mockery of their statements on delivery a new handset&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
