    <description>&lt;DIV&gt;I am trying to notify someone at EE that an order I placed has arrived broken yesterday.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;Frustratingly the EE service allows no way to do this via the '150' service and I have been cut off twice. when reading up online i&lt;SPAN&gt;t tells me to arrange a return by call EE on 150 or through the app, but the app does not have the option to do that other than to return a mobile phone or EE broadband device.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;Please can someone signpost me asap to arrange a replacement. I have been trying to resolve this for nearly two hours and I am losing patience.&lt;P&gt; &lt;/P&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>
