&lt;P&gt;Sorry to hear that happened. The fact the payment is showing as pending on your side is positive. We don't have access to your account here in the community so I can't 100% say that it's gone through.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I recommend speaking to our &lt;A href="https://ee.co.uk/contact-ee" target="_blank"&gt;Mobile Care team&lt;/A&gt; so they can check the order for you.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Upgraded but no confirmation!</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi.&amp;nbsp; I upgraded last night from a SIM to a new contract Samsung phone and paid an upfront cost of £100.&amp;nbsp; When the order went through, it logged me out of my account.&amp;nbsp; I see the payment is pending and not sure whether the order has gone through or not.&amp;nbsp; I don't want to repeat this pattern and pay again!&amp;nbsp; I've received no confirmation of the order.&amp;nbsp; Any ideas?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
