    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;BR /&gt;I have bought a new EE package (£15 monthly) on the 29th August with a Pay as you go Sim card, and unfortunately I haven’t received any email confirmation/order number, or if I did, it went in Junk and the emails get deleted there periodically. So I don’t have my order number.&lt;BR /&gt;I am currently a Vodafone customer, looking to switch to EE, and I introduced on the form my PAC number, along with my current phone number for porting. I haven’t received any sim yet, and was wondering if you could please track my order and let me know what status is it in. &lt;P&gt;Welcome to the community.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Pay as you go SIM cards are sent through the postal service and aren't trackable. They usually arrive within 4 working days, so hopefully it's there soon.&lt;/P&gt;
