      <title>No confirmation Email for Home Broadband</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i ordered for a new Home Broadband to be installed into my new flat on Tuesday. The gentleman on the phone told me I’d receive a confirmation email, and that someone will come out to install it for the 5th sept. My only issue is, I haven’t received an email. Nor any updates with this order. This is the first time I’ve ordered broadband, so I have no idea how long the email can take to come through. So I’m slightly worried incase no one shows up. Is there anything I can do in the meantime?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thank you&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
