Ordered a new SIM on Friday as i hoped it would correct the connection issues I've been having in my new area. Unfortunately EE have cut off my old SIM even though it was still in use. I've now had to go two days without my phone and with no confirmation of my new SIM being delivered. Unfortunately this also means that I can't call EE to try and find a solution as my calling has been cut off apart from on WhatsApp

Yes I ordered a new SIM. Unfortunately I don't have a landline phone as I never use it. I will try the Skype solution thank you
