I ordered a PlayStation 5 for my son yesterday at 4pm online. I have had one email since then which was my confirmation of the purchase but nothing else. I was told I would get a text today and received nothing and it’s been over 24 hours now. I was also told 1-2 working days and I have had no sort of confirmation it’s been picked or anything and this is a gift I need by Sunday so I’m confused why I’ve been told it’s arriving in 2 days but not received any confirmation or email or text regarding the ps5 and it’s whereabouts. Also states “regular updates” 24+ hours for a wait time or delivery day is not regular at all…. I trusted ee been using you guys for my phone contract for years.

@Shakimiraj 1 to 2 working days doesn’t mean you’ll get it for Sunday if you ordered yesterday. Today ( Friday) is 1 working day and Monday is 2 working days.

You would need to have a pay monthly account with us and pass the eligibility checks to add the PS5 @Zaraball
