      <title>Upgrade order not found</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Got a notification through the app that I could upgrade early so I did.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Placed an order for Samsung galaxy s23 and got my order confirmation email.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I went to track it there is nothing. It says my order ref is wrong. I also downloaded the DPD app and nothing showing as scheduled for my address.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I thought I'd wait 24 hours and still nothing is on there. And when I go on the app it lets me look at upgrades but now it wants my to pay and upfront fee for the same deal I originally ordered.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm so confused&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please advise!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
