Ordered a watch, have heard nothing

Hello

I ordered a Samsung watch from the website on 27 July, I received a confirmation email saying that my order had been received, but since then I haven't heard anything.

Nothing shows when I add the order number to the order tracker. The last time I ordered via the app/website my order was cancelled & I only knew as I rang EE to enquire as to where my order was.
