Placed an order for an upgrade. Tracking isn't available, help line is useless, webpage is awful, no documents uploaded to MyEE, the phone number provided in the confirmation email to obtain the documents is not available. Really starting to think I made a mistake staying with EE...

My phone was meant to be delivered days ago, why would you just be checking stock now?

It was a 128gb purple Samsung S22

Checking our stock on an internal page gives us delivery guidance.

The device you have ordered the Samsung S22 128GB in Purple is showing as available to use.

I would recommend contacting our customer care team who have account access and will be able to chase your order further.
