    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi ,I bought a EE SIM from Stratford EE store.when I start using it at my home it has no network coverage.I went to store and told whole situation and asked them to cancel the contract they refused to do and said you have signed this.The person who was guiding me,was also busy with other customers and kept in and out .He didn't prepare any paper Infront me .At the end when he took all information about bank details then he gave me the papers and I thought it is renowned company I trusted them . Company cannot charge me for that product which actually not delivering it's service for which they have took sign in contract.I have right to cancel the product or service which is not working within the 15 days .I have told the on the next day when I purchased.please let me know how I can solve this issue? &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":folded_hands:"&gt;🙏&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
