Welcome to the community.

Please report your SIM as lost by either calling 150 from an EE handset or 07953 966 250 from any other phone.

You can then get a replacement SIM by either calling our customer care team or by popping in to your local EE Store with photo ID.

Thanks for coming here.

You can order a replacement SIM card by giving us a call on 07953 966 150 and the team can get the SIM card posted to your account address, or you can visit an EE Store with photo ID to get the replacement.

If you need a new SIM due to the current one being lost, stolen or damaged you will need to either give us a call or head to an EE store. You will need to either be verified in the EE app or take photo ID with you.

If you need a new SIM for a new phone or are switching from physical SIM to eSIM this can be requested via your online account.

Our help page has all the information on what is needed to get a replacement SIM.
