Hello,

I placed an order for an iPhone 13 Wednesday last week, the order tracker says that it can’t show my order details.

I ordered this phone specifically because it was in stock and was ‘usually dispatched within 1 day’

The phone I am replacing is completely unusable and when I call the helpline it says that i will be notified of delivery via text, will i also receive this information via email? (Whenever the phone is finally dispatched)

Any help appreciated.

Hi @Tayclor

You will receive a text message by 11 am on the day of delivery from DPD stating what time device will be delivered.

I would suggest that you get in touch with the mobile care team by calling 150 from your EE mobile or 07953 966 150 from any phone for an update.
