Hello I am unable to call to add the door number to my address did will not deliver otherwise and I do not have a mobile to contact anyone.

If so, do you have the option to amend the delivery details for DPD?

I am unable do that, I called dpd and they advised me to contact you.

I tried to change online after recieve it online but I haven't received any confirmation an I don't know if that delivery is linked to that account.
