      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I recently upgraded to a Samsung galaxy s23 and the plan included a galaxy watch. It hasn't arrived and I've not received any email or notification to allow me to claim it which I was told to expect&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
