I recently ordered a new handset XXXXXXXXXXXX but don't know when I will receive from DPD as don't have a contact number to receive a message saying its on its way, is there anything I can do or do I just sit and wait

Samsung Galaxy A14 (green) @£20 month ordered 28-06-2023, I received my sim
card this morning but not sure when I'm receiving handset

I've checked our stock levels, but I'm not sure which version you ordered. The 4G version is in stock and expected to be dispatched within one day, but the 5G version is expected to be dispatched within 7 days.

DPD will be in touch when it's ready to be delivered.

Okay thanks for your help, I have no means of DPD contacting me as I can
only do emails as currently got no handset
