Hello I have been trying to make an account with EE but it keeps on asking about a EE number but I don’t have one as I am trying to get sim only contract. I can not start a form or browse until I have EE number. Please do advise me how to make a contract without having an EE number?

@K777 You can not create an account until you have a number. Do not be logged in to this forum when you try and take out the sim only contract.

You’ll get a number once you receive the SIM card.

@K777 : If you don't already have a mobile phone or SIM contract with EE, logout of (or don't login to) your MyEE before going to the EE Shop to buy an EE mobile phone or SIM contract. It expects you to already have an EE mobile phone or SIM contract.
