I ordered a new iPhone 14 yesterday I got a confirmation with an order number but I can seem to track the order and was not sure if I needed to do anything else

Hi @Lukep88,

If you've taken out a pay monthly plan, you should be able to track your order online here.

You just need your reference number and email/phone.

DPD will text you before 11am on the day that your device is due to be delivered.

I tried ringing the number and asks for my ee phone number but I don’t have one yet

Was it the number on the email from us that you were calling? That one doesn't usually ask for a number.
