Hi,

I ordered an upgrade to my phone and said would be dispatched with a day . Had a confirmation email but nothing since , cant track online either , just checked my account and my new contract started today but no new phone. Can you help please .

If you plan has changed, it means your phone has been dispatched.

You should receive a delivery notification from DPD before 11am.
