Good Afternoon i have had devices ordered in mny name elsewhere and wondering if the same thing has happened here at EE when i phone i dont really get answers because i think some security info isnt mine just like i have seen the password for this account which i didnt know existed and i have never seen the password in my life. may someone help pls as the links seem too long and weird too, is this genuine EE here?

Any orders in business is not me as i donot have a business nor do i intend having one or personal i havent ordered a thing.
