How long does it take before I can order a new one?
Recently returned a new phone as didn't get on with it, EE has received this but how long is it until I can order a new one?

Once the phone has been received and scanned back into the warehouse you should be good to go on reordering.

How can I find out if it's been received in the warehouse?
I have the tracking number which has said it's been received at the warehouse but that's it lol
