    <description>&lt;P&gt;I ordered a Nintendo Switch from a promotional text I was sent. Ordered on Friday 26/05 and received a confirmation email , order number xxxxxxxxxxx.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;From original message stated would be 2-3 days, which I appreciate that there has been a Bank Holiday within this timeframe.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;However there has been no further communications with regards to this order. The concern I have is that the number that is included within the email isn’t my main contact number and is for my watch.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;In addition I can see that the upfront payment of £10 is still showing as pending in my bank account.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Would you kindly provide me with an update or advise if there is an issue with this order.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks for your response Leanne.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However in this instance I’d already attempted the DPD route prior to your response.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Obtained the number for the Digital Sales team who investigated further. They advised the item I have ordered is out of stock, so therefore that is why I haven’t heard anything. Couldn’t give me an eta other than stock comes in on a Thursday and order will sit in the out of stock pile until it can be fulfilled.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;On the back of this I have raised a complaint as the EE website clearly states that this item is, ‘In stock’ &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":unamused_face:"&gt;😒&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
