Hello I ordered a phone online a samsung a54 5g, it got delivered to the store as I was at work that day I went to the store to collect it after paying £150 upfront for this. Got to the store and because I don't have any I'd at all they wouldn't give it me. I've had to cancel my whole order and waiting for parcel to go back to warehouse, anybody know how long this all takes I need my £150 back to get another phone. Why do they take my money instantly when they have millions in bank but can't give it back knowing full well ee have still got my phone I've never even seen the packaging as they wouldn't release it without id

Are you not able to pop back into the store with a valid form of ID?

Hello Chris,

They wanted passport or drivers licence and I have neither at moment unfortunately. So waiting for parcel that the store have to go back to warehouse how long does the whole process take to getting my £150 upfront and deposit back.

Thanks Chris, it was a new connection did it all online Thursday got delivered Friday and had to try sort the return thing out with josh in store.

The device is usually returned next day. Then the warehouse will process the returns and any refunds due will be triggered and arrive back in your bank within 5 days.
