Game Pass not included with Xbox delivery

We received an Xbox Bundle from the EE Store but the x24 months Game Pass wasn't in the box. Previously a Playstation Order included PSN Credit in a separate envelope that was alongside the console.

Pursuing EE instructions for contact it feels like I have been through every part of the phone menu and am unable to get through to the Digital Sales Team, pls help

Hi, the game pass arrives as a text link, the online advice was to go to the store, the stores guidance was to go online. I worked for 121, Orange and then EE. They have never been able to unify a consistent policy, training, or service between departments.
