I upgraded my iPhone to iPhone 14 because of unlimited data through phone sales. They forgot to courier me the SIM card and the screen protector. I went to Wimbledon store and Patrick was sweet enough to sort the SIM

But the head office billing was difficult to grant me a protector as she needed to find the phone script

The lady forgot that the phone had one year warranty

I hadn't lie

She said it took 24 hours to confirm the truth and send the protector to Wimbledon store. There are plenty in store

If iPhone were broken I can claim a new iPhone even though not insured as negligence

What a customer service contrast !!

Unlimited mobile data is a great idea! Be it 4th or 5th!
