Hi ordered an upgrade on Thursday for a yellow Iphone 14 and paid for the phone. I received an order confirmation but nothing else since. it says usually dispatched within 24 hours but when I try to track the order on my EE it cant find the order. I've had no DPD email either.

I've seen others having issues too. Will I receive my phone? I cant stay on hold to EE for an hour at work and cant use my mobile at work either

Hi, EE have called this afternoon. The order got stuck in their system and after 25mins the order has been pushed through and should arrive soon once DPD get in touch.
