I ordered an apple iPad Air on pay as you go, I haven't received a SIM card for the device so I am unable to use it as pay as you go

I ordered it through my ee account, the sim should have been included

@claredrake The iPad Air starts at £669 so unless you purchase this at that price it’s definitely not on PAYG. The iPad Air is on a monthly contract as that monthly charge also purchases the tablet .
