I've added a Samsung galaxy tab s8 ultra to my plan and it was supposed to come with a keyboard case. The tablet has arrived but the keyboard case hasn't?

@crumsboy , I would suggest ringing customer service, they can take a look for you, as this is not customer service and no access to anyone’s account here.
