@Benjamin58 You’ll receive a tracking number once a device has been allocated to you. When did you order this ?

i am not sure that i will be at my location at the time of delivery. So, can I pick the order from nearest ee store?

Hi @Benjamin58.

Did you order this in the evening?

DPD will send you a notification before delivery of your device with a one hour time frame. You will then be able to update any delivery preference's when tracking your device.
