&lt;P&gt;I'm sorry to hear that this has happened. Have you received any communication about delivery of the new phone?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you live &lt;A href="https://ee.co.uk/store-finder" target="_blank"&gt;near an EE store&lt;/A&gt;, they'll be able to give you a replacement SIM card there and then.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>where is my new phone</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have no phone!!!&amp;nbsp; I am waiting for my upgrade to be delivered but EE have cut my current phone off. I am gutted and fuming, I have no way of contacting them, or anybody. They did NOT warn me that this would happen. What can I do?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
