I have an order confirmed, money taken but no delivery information available

I originally bought an EE internet dongo. Then I added a pay monthly phone. The order was confirmed, the one off payment was taken. An order number is available but it doesn’t work to track delivery. No other delivery information available. When will I get my phone ?

iPhone 14 pro, deep purple and yesterday early morning.

I was not expecting the phone same day but the order number doesn’t work and no delivery information at all. Normally how long does the whole process take ?

Once the order has been processed you will receive another email with tracking details and DPD will be in touch to arrange delivery.

If you call us on 0800 956 6000 the team will check the order and give you a update.
