Good afternoon ... I made a purchase of a sansung s23 ultra 5g ... with entry in the value of 30 pauds and in the promotion the monthly value is 73.90 for 2 years in the plan .. came discounted in my bank account value absurd value of 273 pouds ... I need urgently clarification of the EE because of this value is to know where the EE has done these absurd calculations ... I will in court seek my rights case and do not send me the reimbursement of the money that was injured ... I want to understand what I calculate the e and did to discount in the direct debit of my bank account ... I await EE return with urgency
