    <description>&lt;P&gt;Ordered an EE SIM 3 days ago (surely they have those in stock); got the order confirmation and since then nothing.&amp;nbsp; I would have expected some delivery notification by now.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This is not a good customer experience, especially as I am looking to port my number across from another provider.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tried tracking my order using the online tool but got 'sorry, we can't show your order details right now'.&amp;nbsp; If there is a supply chain issue, it's better to let your customers actually know.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Does anyone have any idea what is going on ?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I don't mind no tracking, but not even an email to say it's been dispatched&amp;nbsp; is just not good customer communication, unless it's not been sent in the 2 whole working days since I placed the order.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
