      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi there,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please help me , I upgraded my phone a few days ago via the EE app and paid the extra £147 plus extra&amp;nbsp; £30 for the handset. The payment is pending in my bank account and received no confirmation email from EE regarding the order.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My bank have advised that I need to talk to EE regarding the pending money as they cannot touch it when its pending. This is obviously very distressing for me.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any help will be appreciated.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
