i need to return my iPhone as it has battery issues I spoke to customer service who has said they have sent a returns back but can take five days to arrive

i don’t really want to delay the process so willing to send it back at my own expense on Monday

last address I used was an XKO business address

does anyone know the full returns address

@Sarahs1986 Wait for the returns envelope as this will have a code on it so they know whose device is and why they have it as they will have this on their systems. Just posting a device off in the post will mean nothing when they receive it. They will not know why they have or who it belongs to. You’ll not get it back if you do this.
