Cannot use trade in as Discount already applied

2 weeks ago when I looked at upgrading early it allowed me to add me to add details of my old phone to trade in against a new one.

It is now saying I cannot do this as discount already applied?

I've gone through to the check out to see if there is a discount already added and there isn't?
