No confirmation email

Hi,

I have ordered a esim via chat and been told I will get an confirmation email to tell me how to download it and set it up.

But I havn't recieved anything yet and wondering how long it takes normally?

It's usually quite quickly. When did you speak to them? Have you checked your spam/junk folder?

I ordered it around 2pm this afternoon, still nothing. I checked spam folder as well.

I would suggest EE to give the QR code download option under EE app’s SIM replacement section
