    <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks. I've used my passport as id in many places even though it's expired. They have sent it back to wherever it's came from. I'm just wondering what I do now as I've had no confirmation of anything from ee&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Phone upgrade new contract</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi. I upgraded my phone and started a new contract last week. I did it all online and 5he phone was posted to the Chippenham branch. I was unable to collect as I have no valid ID. So the shop assistant said it would be posted back. What do I do now?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/2461968"&gt;@Ollytgibson&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; when &amp;nbsp;your account reverts back to its upgrade state you’ll be able to upgrade at an EE store. &amp;nbsp;this’ll take around 7 days.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp;For any sort of delivery store or home you need valid ID that’s in date. &amp;nbsp;Places that are excepting your out of date ID shouldn’t be doing this. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
