The parcel tracking states it was delivered on 21/03/23 however I have received a text message yesterday advising me to send the phone back and today I received the return packaging again in the post.</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>Can anyone advise of the typical process for this? Obviously I'm concerned that EE are going to try and say they haven't received my old phone and charge me the difference when the tracking itself says it was delivered.
