      <title>I bought New EE Sim with BT account. Not able to activate sim.</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a google pixel phone and have used Giff gaff and O2&amp;nbsp; sims before. I recently wanted to move to EE. so I bought a contract SIM last week using my BT account. I received the SIM by post last week. I tried adding SIM to my phone and there was no signal. I waited for 24 hrs and still the same. I called up EE customer service and they told me to go to the EE shop to activate it. I went to the EE shop and they told me that they won't be able to help as I didn't buy the SIM from them. They asked me to contact customer service again. I called Customer service and they told me they are not able to find my account with my name.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Below is the email image I received from EE regarding the postage and activation of SIM. EE has my bank account number for Direct Debit and I don't want the money to be deducted from my account without using the service. Kindly help to activate the SIM so that I can continue the service or please cancel it and send me the proof of cancellation. So, altho' you were led to it by the BT website, you must have ordered it from the EE online Shop itself . So negating what you were told by the EE retail store.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
