No tracking information

Hello, I ordered my iPhone12 upgrade 12 days ago and tracking information is not available, I get an error message. On my confirmation of order email it says ‘usually dispatched within one day’. I have paid £100 for the upgrade and it’s come out of my account. What should I do pease?

I've checked our stock levels and the current estimate for delivery is to expect dispatch within 7 days. Since it's a little over that, I would suggest speaking to our Mobile Care team just to make sure everything is OK with your order.
