@Davidfinn12345 : Do you already have a mobile phone or SIM contract with EE? You cannot order an accessory online unless you already have a mobile phone or SIM contract from EE and be within the first 17 months of that contract. You are expected to pay for it along with your existing EE mobile plan for the next 11 months.

I havent got a sim or phone with them yet but I am looking to get a sim or phone upgrade so I was just wondering if I still get the ps5 with just a sim

You can with a contract SIM, not PAYG.
